Orientation- Badge Initiation

Badge initiation is an important and memorable event that every RGS girl goes through. It was the day that the year ones would complete their school uniform with the pinning on of the school badge and hence formally be part of the RGS community.

After the ceremony, we started the passing of the flame from Mrs Hoo to Laura, to the rest of the PB heads 2010, and the SPSLs. The flame was then passed on to the PSLs who continued to pass it on to our Year 1s. We sang One Voice, Pass It On and Send It On (the orientation theme song for 2011).
